The Geshem Holding Company initiates real estate projects in general and Mechir Lamishtaken projects in particular. The Company’s owners are Shamgar Ouaknin and Yossi Mizrahi, experienced entrepreneurs in managing real estate transactions comprising of thousands of residential units, currently in various development and implementation phases. The Company policy is to employ leading consultants in the different subject areas, including lawyers, project managers, marketing experts, planners, customer relations experts, accountants and more, who constitute an essential part of the projects’ success.

The Company flagship goal is to formulate and utilize to the fullest, quality cooperation in each and every project, with leading advisers, in order to build a highly executed quality residential unit, in a secured final price and without deviations, while keeping within the project’s budgetary limits and securing the construction work’s quality.
To these aims, the Company hires executive contractors owing a contractors’ class 5c and works with financing entities. All these cooperation agreements are being maintained in order to secure the execution of the projects the Company manages and operates and to minimize any risks involved.
